Promoting neurodivergent inclusion
Neurodivergent people are not failing at work. Work systems are failing them.
Most workplaces are built for a narrow definition of how people should think, communicate, and perform.
Neurodivergent employees are expected to adapt to unclear expectations, rigid processes, and unspoken rules—often without support. The result is burnout, disengagement, unnecessary turnover, legal risk, and wasted talent.
Organizations want to be inclusive, but “awareness training” alone doesn’t fix broken systems. Managers don’t know how to translate good intentions into practical accommodations.
Neurodivergent professionals are left to self-advocate without tools, clarity, or psychological safety.
Divergent Support Services solves this by turning inclusion into action, designing systems, training leaders, and equipping neurodivergent individuals with practical strategies that work in the real world.

Our Expertise
Our expertise lies in bridging the gap between neurodivergent talent and workplace success and making services more accessible for neurodivergent individuals. Our approach is grounded in the reality that when you design with neurodivergent individuals in mind, you create clarity, flexibility, and structure that benefits everyone, making workplaces and interactions more effective, inclusive, accessible, and innovative. Our goal is to create systems and skills that foster genuine understanding, effective communication, and meaningful inclusion for everyone.

Our Approach
We work directly with both organizations and neurodivergent professionals to create sustainable workplace success. We audit existing systems, design inclusive processes and train leadership to recognize and remove barriers. For individuals, we provide coaching on self-advocacy, help build personalized work systems, and offer strategies for navigating workplace dynamics authentically. Our methodology brings practical implementation; we focus on changes that can be implemented immediately and measured for real impact.
