Inclusion fails when it stops at awareness.
Neurodivergent employees struggle not because they lack capability, but because workplaces lack clarity, flexibility, and structure. We help organizations remove barriers and help neurodivergent professionals succeed, practically, sustainably, and without forcing anyone to mask who they are.
The Problem
Workplaces are not designed with neurodivergent minds in mind.
The Impact
Burnout. Miscommunication. Legal risk. High turnover. Lost potential.
Why It Matters
When you design for neurodivergent people, you don’t just improve inclusion—you create better systems for everyone.

Roni K. Kean
our founder
Roni K. Kean brings 25 years of HR and Organizational Development expertise to her work creating truly inclusive environments for neurodivergent individuals. What began as a career in Employee Relations, Leadership Development, and Performance Management evolved into a focused mission: transforming how workplaces, communities, and service providers understand and support neurodivergent individuals.
As a certified health and wellness coach specializing in neurodivergent adults (NPI# 1972396505), Roni works at the intersection of systemic change and individual empowerment. She partners with organizations to redesign their processes, trains first responders on effective communication with neurodivergent community members, equips therapists to better serve neurodivergent clients, and coaches neurodivergent professionals navigating their careers and lives.
Roni’s approach is grounded in a simple belief: when you design systems that work for neurodivergent people, you create clarity, flexibility, and accessibility that benefits everyone. Her work isn’t about checking boxes or one-size-fits-all accommodations, it’s about fundamentally rethinking how we communicate, support, and include people across every setting.
