Roundtable, Review, Recommend

Initial meeting with HR and Leadership to determine areas of concern, and goals. 

High level review of existing policies and procedures, any employee surveys, past or present ER issues, performance review and disciplinary processes, complaints filed, and any other data such as exit interviews.

We will make recommendations that align with the desired outcomes from leadership, and work diligently with you to put programs in place with measurable, scalable goals based on business needs.

Includes:

  • Staff survey or a town hall for feedback from front line staff

  • 4 hours of phone support for leadership/HR after implementation and training

Includes:

  • 6 hours of phone support for leadership/HR after implementation and training

  • 8 hours of phone support for leadership/HR after implementation and training

Environmental Ergonomics

An environmental ergonomic assessment includes a review of workspaces, office layouts, lighting, equipment, etc., to identify and address areas where your neurodivergent staff may struggle, and any areas of liability where accommodations are not being made.
